How to Practice Evidence-Based Health Care at Holmsbu May 31 - June 4, 2010

Each individual must submit their own registration form.

Workshop is limited to 80 participants.

Included in the registration fee:

Bus trip Oslo-Holmsbu-Oslo (Monday 1 pm)/Holmsbu (Friday 2 pm) Oslo centre (3 pm)
Full board at Quality Spa & Resort Holmsbu from Monday May 31 (after 2 pm) to Friday June 4 (lunch included)
Use of Internet and training in search
Free use of the hotel's workout room and swimming pool

Registration: All prices in NOK. Tuition fee includes EBHC 2010 Workshop registration, extensive cource materials, meal break and reception functions associated with the workshop. Food and beverage functions may, or may not, include alcohol as a part of the event.
How to practice Evidence-Based Health Care Workshop:	Individual Registration on or before March 1, 2010, NOK 5500 Individual Registration after March 1, 2010, NOK 6000 Group - 3-7 persons from the same institution, NOK 4500 each, joint registration (limited number of groups available) Group - 8-10 persons from the same institution, NOK 4000 each, joint registration (limited number of groups available)
