The objectives are as follows:
To assess the effects and safety of home (point-of-use) fortification of foods with multiple micronutrient powders (MNP) on
nutrition, health and developmental outcomes in children under two living in different settings.
For the purpose of this review, home fortification refers to the addition of multiple micronutrients powders to semi-liquid
foods immediately before consumption and it can be done at home or in any other place where meals are to be consumed (for
example, schools, wards, refugee camps).
